Moral Gray Area

HAPPINESS - no matter how you spell it or define it, comes with that one emotion by which satisfaction is felt in its unadulterated and consummated perfection.

Others thought of such as one thing that they aim of achieving. The rest perhaps have come peace with the idea that somehow it is something that one cannot achieve at all and that they just have to settle with the fact that at some point in life, they may be able to feel it no matter where they are in this lifetime.

With so many crossroads to take and with so many people to bump into, happiness is one common intangible thing that everybody seem to be crazy of feeling. Over analyzing on how to achieve it however makes the essence of happiness far less than its value. Well here's the good news: it's not yet going to be the end of the world. Thus, you have a lifetime to take on your very own happiness.

Is it good grades that will make you happy? Is it your boyfriend? Is it your family or your pet? You see, happiness is just around. It's incorporated in all the things that surround you. It is on how you are able to appreciate every bit of life that's breathing right before your very eyes that will help you get into the right track. But seriously, what is right and wrong?

You see, in this lifetime, you must realize that in order to feel happiness, you should not be held a captive of norms. The society that we live in is already full of it and if you live by it and be affected by the norms that tend to crawl into your system, you will be washed out in a blink. You have been given the will power to choose and decide on what you should do with your life. At the end of the day, it is still you who is going to be held liable for how your life has turned out. It's not your parents nor your professors but you.

Happiness manifest in many things and with you getting blinded by surreality, you will never be able to realize that the happiness you have perhaps been constantly in search for is just right before your very eyes.
