How to Counter Ill-Judgmental Behaviours

Our co-existence with other people gives us the chance to encounter different personalities and behavioral abnormalities. I call it abnormal because it does not conform to what is 'normal'. Let's leave the technicality of the word to the proper authorities. What am I trying to say here? How many of us have become victims of people who loves to talk about our personal lives? Stories told by one, when it reaches to the fifth person becomes a different story. How easy can our life story be subjected to a judgment of our character?

Hence, because this has happened to me how many times already, here's how you should deal people who are unfortunately suffering from a very itchy mouth; who can only tell bad words against you despite you not doing anything to them:

1. When somebody sends a message to you challenging your character, you can have two options: ignore the message because it's not true or hit reply button and send the words "thank you". A negative word when replied with another negative word can often lead to a physical conflict. Only ill-bred people do that. And you are better than that.

2. If the other person doesn't stop sending you annoying messages and continues to challenge not just your character but including your integrity and credibility, what would you do? Refer to number 1 options provided. People who question another people's character are those people who have issues with their own. Why? Because they can't accept the fact that they are haunted by their own misdoings, such that they want other people to share with them their miserable life.

3. If still the person is persistent in sending you with ill messages, ask them to put all his allegations against you in writing and have it signed. And let him give the paper to you for your perusal. If all that he alleges are true, he won't have any problems doing that UNLESS, the same are but pure hearsays not even worthy of attention.

4. If the abnormal behavior continues, have him blottered at the nearest police station for record purposes. Trust me, they become really handy sometimes.

You have to remember: No person has the right to violate your privacy, nor challenge your integrity, character or personality UNLESS you allow him to. It's time that you give these kinds of people a dose of their own 'expired' medicine, don't you think?
